Despite competitive compensation and a strong brand, the tight talent market and inefficient hiring processes limited their ability to secure top-tier talent, which hindered their operational growth and scalability. 


Solution

After conducting an in-depth analysis of the company’s hiring challenges and processes, Skywalk Group (SWG) partnered with the client to create a strategic plan to address their recruitment needs. Results

Over a nine-month period, SWG sourced more than 5,700 passive and active candidates. This robust pipeline allowed the client to fill multiple high-priority roles, with 80% of hires coming from passively sourced talent. The average salary for these placements exceeded $130,000 per year, reflecting the caliber of professionals secured. Additionally, SWG achieved an average percentage-to-hire rate of 9.2%, demonstrating exceptional efficiency in identifying and onboarding the right candidates. By closing these critical talent gaps, the client was able to strengthen their technical and leadership teams, enabling them to drive innovation and expand their global reach.
